Anyone wishing to be considered for help from CAASH Charity must fill out the top part of a PRF (Potential Recipient Form) and give it to one of the board members to present to the Organization. The filled out form can also be mailed to 2363 Cliffwood Drive Henderson, Nevada 89074 or emailed to gmrofgrc@gmail.com. Email and/or the ability to text on your phone are important to have to expedite matters. Please indicate if your phone can accept texts on the form.
