As the 2nd fiscal year comes to an end for CAASH CHARITY we anxiously look forward to year 3 in what we hope will be another BANNER year in both dispursements and donations. As we close out 2018-2019 we are excited to announce that we have gone over the $18,000 mark in gifts to individuals, families and organizations. In an effort to keep this process going and to HELP many more people in NEED we are going to go back to a fundraiser that we used at Clark for generating much needed money for our Football and Baseball teams. On February 2, 2020 we will be holding a BIG GAME PARTY at “THE ROOM” in Highland across from Wicker Park in the old Ultra Foods Building.
We will be watching the Super Bowl game there and offering FOOD, BEER, POP, COFFEE and TWO RAFFLES for our fundraising event. The cost of the event is $20 for the FOOD, BEER or POP or COFFEE. There will be one RAFFLE called the BIG GAME RAFFLE that is $50 and will possibly have you win one of three money prizes of $900, $200 or $150 at the end of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd Quarters and at the end of the GAME. At the end of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Quarters the winners will be put back in the drum for additional chances. It will also include a chance to win one of three big screen TV’s (1-65″ and 2-55″). There will also be tip boards throughout the game to be purchased
This was a great time by all for 7 years during the 90’s and we hope to make this our flagship fundraiser for the charity. Below is a picture of one of the parties that the Clark Football Alumni Association held back in the day.
